Ah. The Jiffy ballet shoe. Those things had killer elastic on them.
I was so happy (at age five) that I got to be Little Boy Blue in that nursery rhymes dance. Go figure.

Kate, I don't think me screaming at the empty expanse of loungeroom and my laptop that "I have a fucking device to capture from why can't you see it?" means that it was easy. Sometimes things just work naturally for some, and are hell on earth for others.

How sweet. I have never seen a school play. you are soooo adorable. The cutest little boy blue.
But screaming at the stupid fucking computer is part of video capture that only insiders and pro's know about. :))))
Sadly, Emmy, it's not a school play. It's a ballet concert - since my mother was the teacher I went through years of hating it because it was easier to make the kids do it too than find a babysitter. At least I've got a sense of rhythm from it - no that you can tell in this clip.
