I have to snap out of this

I stare at the wall.
I stare at the space between me and the wall.
I'm scared.
I have to get organised, but I can't seem to get motivated.
Because I'm scared, and shocked.
So I just stare.

Ask yourself a series of questions and write the answers down without thinking.

Why do you want to leave?
Do you want to leave town or your current living situation?
What is scaring you about going?
What are the benefits of going?

Answer straight away, don't think.
Then puit it down, go for a smoke and then read your answers and you'll find what you rteally want.

The staring at the wall is because its a major decision to move away from home. Fear is a normal reaction.
You won't be unsupported if you leave, but i think the question is how supported are you where you are?

I think that Kate leaves you with some very good advice. This is a big decision, though, Vic. I can see why you're scared. I'll raise my glass for you tonight, mate.

Cheers,
